Your notes and saved trips
Traviz stores your travel notes, saved itineraries, drafts, plan-linked chat history and language preference on your device. The app does not require a Traviz account or upload these records to a Traviz cloud database. Normal device backups may include app data, depending on your device settings.
Maps and address matching
When you visualize a trip or retry matching, supplied addresses or location search text are sent to Apple MapKit. If that search fails or returns no results, the app may send the query to the public Photon service at photon.komoot.io. Viewing a map requests tiles from OpenStreetMap for the visible region. These requests reveal the queried places or viewed region to the relevant provider, and network requests can expose your IP address and technical request information. Traviz does not request your device’s GPS location.
See Apple Maps privacy, the Photon service project, and OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy. These providers process requests under their own policies; Traviz does not control their retention periods.
AI apps, clipboard and external maps
Copying a prompt writes it to the system clipboard. Choosing a destination in the system share sheet passes the prompt to that destination; editing prompts can include your travel notes. Traviz does not automatically send your notes to an AI service. Opening place details or directions passes the selected place/address and route endpoints to your chosen Apple Maps or Google Maps service through a link. The app or service you choose handles that information under its own policy.
Plus and Pro purchases
Apple processes payments. Traviz receives verified purchase and subscription information to unlock features, but does not receive your full payment-card details. For Pro chat, an Apple-signed purchase proof is sent to Traviz’s Cloudflare-hosted server, which checks subscription status with Apple, including expiry and refunds. A hashed subscription identifier and short-lived usage counters enforce service limits; these counters expire within about two hours.
Pro AI conversations
When you send a Pro chat message or request a formatted plan, your conversation context and relevant travel notes are transmitted through Traviz’s server to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate a reply. This can include destinations, dates, preferences, budgets and any personal information you enter. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed. Pro chat is optional; Free and Plus do not send notes through this in-app AI connection.
Chat history is saved locally with the plan. The AI backend processes messages in transit and does not store conversation bodies or log request bodies. Cloudflare processes network and security information. Anthropic processes inputs and outputs under its own policies: standard API retention is up to 30 days, with exceptions including safety, legal and model-specific requirements. See Anthropic API retention. Data may be processed outside your country. Deleting local chat does not automatically delete provider-held copies.
Sharing a trip
Shared-trip links contain encoded travel notes in the link fragment. Anyone with the full link can read them. Traviz does not store shared-trip notes in a server database; the messaging service you choose may store the link. Share only information you intend recipients to see.
Analytics and advertising
The current app does not include advertising, developer-operated analytics or a third-party crash-reporting SDK. Map providers and external apps have their own data practices. Apple may provide platform diagnostics according to your device settings.
Deleting information
You can delete saved trips in Saved and clear notes in the editor. Clearing an editor does not delete its saved version. Removing the app removes its local data, but copies in device backups or external services are subject to those services’ controls. Traviz cannot delete information you already shared with another app.
This website and support
These pages are hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection information to serve and secure the website under its privacy policy. If you email support, your email address and message are used to respond and resolve your request. Do not send unnecessary personal travel details.

笔记与已保存行程
旅行笔记、已保存行程、草稿、与行程关联的聊天记录和语言偏好保存在设备上。无需注册 Traviz 账号，这些记录不会上传至 Traviz 云端数据库。根据设备设置，系统备份可能包含应用数据。
地图与地址匹配
可视化行程或重试匹配时，填写的地址或地点搜索文本会发送给 Apple MapKit。如果搜索失败或没有结果，应用可能将查询发送给 photon.komoot.io 提供的 Photon 公共服务。查看地图会向 OpenStreetMap 请求当前区域的地图图块。相关服务商因此可以接收到查询地点或地图区域；网络请求也可能包含 IP 地址和技术信息。Traviz 不请求设备 GPS 定位权限。

AI 应用、剪贴板与外部地图
复制提示词会写入系统剪贴板。通过系统分享菜单选择目标后，提示词会交给该应用；修改行程的提示词可能包含旅行笔记。Traviz 不会自动将笔记发送给 AI 服务。打开地点详情或路线时，地点、地址和路线起终点会通过链接交给所选的 Apple Maps 或 Google Maps，并受该服务的隐私政策约束。
Plus 与 Pro 购买
付款由 Apple 处理。Traviz 接收已验证的购买及订阅信息来解锁功能，不接收完整银行卡信息。使用 Pro 聊天时，Apple 签名的购买凭据会发送至由 Cloudflare 托管的 Traviz 服务器，服务器向 Apple 检查订阅状态，包括到期及退款。订阅标识的哈希值和短期使用计数用于执行服务限额，计数约两小时内到期。
Pro AI 对话
发送 Pro 消息或请求生成格式化行程时，对话上下文和相关旅行笔记会经 Traviz 服务器发送至 Anthropic 的 Claude API 以生成回复，可能包含目的地、日期、偏好、预算及你输入的个人信息。请勿输入不必要的敏感信息。Pro 聊天是可选功能，Free 与 Plus 不通过此应用内 AI 连接发送笔记。
聊天记录随行程保存在本地。AI 后端仅在传输处理过程中使用消息，不存储对话正文或记录请求正文日志。Cloudflare 处理网络与安全信息。Anthropic 按其政策处理输入及输出：标准 API 保留期最长为 30 天，但安全、法律及特定模型要求等情况例外。详见 Anthropic API 数据保留说明。数据可能在你所在国家以外处理。删除本地聊天不会自动删除服务商保留的副本。
分享行程
分享链接的片段部分包含编码后的旅行笔记。拥有完整链接的人均可读取。Traviz 不将分享笔记存入服务器数据库，但所选通讯服务可能保存链接。请仅分享希望接收者看到的信息。
分析与广告
当前应用不包含广告、开发者运营的分析系统或第三方崩溃报告 SDK。地图服务和外部应用有各自的数据处理方式。Apple 可能根据设备设置提供平台诊断信息。
删除信息
可以在“已保存”中删除旅行，并在编辑器中清空笔记。清空编辑器不会删除已保存版本。卸载应用会移除本地数据，设备备份或外部服务中的副本仍受相应服务规则管理。Traviz 无法删除你已分享给其他应用的信息。

本网站由 Cloudflare 托管，访问时的技术连接信息用于提供和保护网站服务，详见 Cloudflare 隐私政策。发送支持邮件时，邮箱地址和邮件内容用于回复及解决请求。请勿发送不必要的个人旅行信息。
