Free, Plus and Pro
Free lets you save up to 3 trips at once; deleting a trip frees a slot. Plus unlocks unlimited saved trips with a one-time purchase (US$4.99). Pro includes unlimited saved trips and AI trip planning inside Traviz with a monthly subscription (US$9.99/month). Local prices and availability are shown in Apple’s purchase sheet. Pro is being tested in version 1.2; features depend on the installed version and service availability.
Get started
Try the example, or copy a prompt into your preferred AI chat. Paste the formatted result into Travel Notes and tap Visualize trip. Visualization saves the trip on this device.
Update a trip
Open a saved trip and choose Edit. Update the notes yourself or use Edit with AI, then paste the complete revised itinerary and visualize again to update the saved version.
Location not found
Check the address in square brackets. Include the full street address and country where appropriate. Correct the notes and visualize again. If the message indicates a connection problem, check your internet connection and retry matching.
Parsing error
Use the format included in Traviz’s copied prompt. Keep dates, times, place addresses, transport lines and markers in that format. Copy only the final itinerary text from your AI chat.
Saved trips and privacy
Trips are local to this device. There is no Traviz cloud sync. Removing the app can remove local trips. Ordinary device backups may contain app data. See the privacy policy for details.

Support email: hello@ahi-lab.com. Include your app version, iOS version, device model and steps to reproduce the issue. Share only the minimum example needed and remove personal travel details.
Purchases and Pro chat
Use the upgrade screen to purchase Plus or subscribe to Pro. Restore purchases with the same Apple Account used to purchase; this restores access, not locally saved trips. Manage or cancel Pro in iPhone/iPad Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting Traviz does not cancel a subscription. Plus does not include in-app AI chat.
With active Pro, open Plan with AI in Traviz, discuss your trip, then tap Visualize plan to turn the result into an itinerary. Chat is associated with the current plan. Text chat uses Claude; voice chat is not connected yet. Check AI suggestions, addresses, opening hours and prices yourself. Traviz’s in-app chat does not book or pay for travel. AI usage limits may apply.
If purchasing is unavailable, check your internet connection and Apple Account, reopen the app, and try again. For support, email hello@ahi-lab.com with your app version and the exact error; never send passwords or API keys.

开始使用
试用示例，或将提示词复制到喜欢的 AI 聊天应用。把格式化结果粘贴到旅行笔记，再点击“可视化行程”。行程将保存在此设备上。
更新行程
打开已保存旅行，选择“修改”。直接修改笔记，或使用“用 AI 修改”，再粘贴完整的更新版本并重新可视化，即可更新已保存行程。
找不到地点
检查方括号中的地址，必要时补充完整街道地址和国家。修改笔记后重新可视化。如果提示连接问题，请检查网络并重试匹配。
解析错误
按照 Traviz 提示词中的格式填写日期、时间、地址、交通及标记，仅复制 AI 返回的最终行程文本。
保存与隐私
旅行保存在此设备上，不提供 Traviz 云同步。删除应用可能移除本地旅行。系统备份可能包含应用数据，详见隐私政策。

购买与 Pro 聊天
在升级页面购买 Plus 或订阅 Pro。使用购买时的同一 Apple 账号恢复购买；恢复的是权益，不是设备上的行程。管理或取消 Pro：iPhone/iPad 设置 → 你的姓名 → 订阅。卸载 Traviz 不会取消订阅。Plus 不含应用内 AI 聊天。
Pro 生效后，打开“在Traviz中与AI计划”，讨论旅行并点击“可视化行程”。聊天与当前行程关联。文字聊天使用 Claude，语音聊天尚未接入。请自行核实 AI 建议、地址、营业时间及价格。应用内聊天不会代订或付款，AI 使用可能有限额。
无法购买时请检查网络与 Apple 账号，重新打开应用后重试。如需帮助，请将应用版本及准确错误信息发至 hello@ahi-lab.com；不要发送密码或 API 密钥。
